Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR SUBSCRIPTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR SUBSCRIPTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Crayola Adult Coloring Halloween Coloring Challenge Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Red Games Co., 9 Exchange Place, Suite 700, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Sponsor, Crayola LLC, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (including spouses, parents, children and siblings, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on October 9, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Giveaway Period”).

Sponsor’s designated systems will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period:

  1. Download or open the Crayola Adult Coloring app. The app is available to download for free on the App Store and Google Play Store.
  2. Find the designated free Halloween coloring page featured for the Giveaway. No paid subscription is required to access this page.
  3. Color the designated Halloween page however you would like.
  4. Post your finished coloring page, a screen recording of your coloring process, or both to your public Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or TikTok account during the Giveaway Period.
  5. Tag @crayolaallgrownup and @redgames.co and include #CrayolaAdultColoringApp and #CrayolaAdultColoringGiveaway in your post.

Your Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or TikTok account and entry must remain publicly viewable through winner verification so Sponsor can locate and verify the entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period. Multiple posts, submissions or Instagram accounts will not result in additional entries or increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

No purchase or paid subscription is required to enter or win. Purchasing a Crayola Adult Coloring subscription or any other product or service will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

5. Entry Requirements

Each entry must:

  • Be submitted by the individual entering the Giveaway.
  • Feature the designated Crayola Adult Coloring Halloween page.
  • Be created using the Crayola Adult Coloring app.
  • Comply with these Official Rules and all applicable Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or TikTok terms, policies and community guidelines.
  • Not contain unlawful, obscene, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, threatening or otherwise inappropriate content.
  • Not include third-party copyrighted content, trademarks, music, artwork, characters or other intellectual property that the entrant does not have permission to use.
  • Not contain another identifiable individual’s name, image, voice, likeness or other personal information without appropriate permission.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether an entry complies with these Official Rules and to disqualify any entry that does not.

6. Random Winner Selection and Odds

Following the close of the Giveaway Period, three (3) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

This is a random Giveaway. The quality or artistic merit of an entry and the number of likes, comments, shares, views, followers or other engagement associated with an entry will not affect an entrant’s chances of winning.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Prize

Each winner will receive:

  • 🎨 Complimentary lifetime access* to the Crayola Adult Coloring app subscription;
  • 🖍️ One (1) set of Crayola Alcohol Markers; and
  • ✨ The winner’s submitted creation featured on Crayola’s @crayolaallgrownup social media channel.

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize: $215.

*For purposes of this Giveaway, “lifetime access” means complimentary access to the Crayola Adult Coloring subscription for as long as the app and applicable subscription service continue to be commercially offered and supported. “Lifetime access” does not refer to the lifetime of the winner.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with one of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize.

No payment, purchase, shipping fee or credit card information will be required to claim the prize.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winners will be contacted via direct message from the official @redgames.co/@redgamesco Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or TikTok account on October 23, 2026.

The potential winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the initial notification.

The potential winners may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and fulfill the prize, including the winner’s full name, age, mailing address and other necessary contact information. The potential winner may also be required to execute an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release and/or other documentation permitted by applicable law.

If the potential winner:

  • cannot be contacted;
  • does not respond within 72 hours;
  • is determined to be ineligible;
  • has not complied with these Official Rules; or
  • fails to provide any reasonably required documentation,

The potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Red Games Co. will never ask a winner to provide payment or credit card information to claim the prize.

9. Rights to Submitted Content

By submitting an entry, entrant represents and warrants that the entrant has all rights and permissions necessary to submit the content and grant the rights described in these Official Rules.

By entering, entrant grants Sponsor and its designees a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, repost and share the submitted content in connection with the administration, promotion and publicity of the Giveaway, including on Sponsor’s and its designees’ owned websites and organic social media channels.

The winner expressly agrees that their submitted creation may be featured on Crayola’s @crayolaallgrownup and @redgames.co social media channels as described in the prize.

Any proposed use of an entrant’s submitted content in paid advertising, boosted posts or other paid media will be subject to separate permission from the entrant.

Ownership of the entrant’s original contribution to the submitted content remains with the entrant, subject to the rights and licenses granted above and any pre-existing intellectual property rights associated with the Crayola Adult Coloring app and designated coloring page.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, Instagram handle and submitted creation in connection with announcing the winner, administering the Giveaway and featuring the winning submission, without additional compensation.

Any use beyond the rights described in these Official Rules, including use in paid advertising, may be subject to a separate release or permission agreement.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected from the potential winner in connection with the Giveaway will be used to:

  • verify eligibility;
  • communicate with the potential winner;
  • administer the Giveaway;
  • fulfill and deliver the prize; and
  • comply with applicable legal requirements.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Red Games Co.’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.redgames.co/crayola-adultcoloring-privacy.

Participation in the Giveaway does not automatically enroll entrants in marketing emails or other direct marketing communications.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to disqualify any individual Sponsor determines has:

  • violated these Official Rules;
  • attempted to obtain more than the permitted number of entries;
  • used multiple or fraudulent accounts;
  • tampered with or attempted to tamper with the entry process;
  • impersonated another individual;
  • submitted fraudulent or misleading information; or
  • otherwise interfered with the fair and proper administration of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity, security or proper administration of the Giveaway.

If the Giveaway is terminated before the stated end date, Sponsor may, if appropriate, select a winner at random from eligible entries received prior to the termination.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Crayola LLC, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., Apple Inc., Google LLC, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from and against claims, injuries, losses, damages or liabilities arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, technically corrupted or misdirected entries; unavailable or interrupted network, server, internet or social media services; technical or human errors; or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that may affect participation in the Giveaway.

14. Platform Disclaimers

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., YouTube, or TikTok.

By participating in this Giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., YouTube, or TikTok.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., YouTube, and TikTok from any responsibility arising from or relating to the Giveaway.

15. Apple and Google Disclaimer

Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, responsible for conducting, or otherwise involved with this Giveaway.

The Giveaway is sponsored and administered independently by Red Games Co.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

The Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
